Posture

It's important to have a good posture, this can add an extra inch or two easy. Yoga and many other exercises can aid in conditioning you to have a good posture. Practice good posture at early ages so scoliosis does not develop (curvature of the spine). Strength and confidence are also associated with a person who has a good posture. I find that pushups help build strength in areas necessary that help with maintaining my posture.
