Milk



Milk contains protein, calcium, and various vitamins and minerals. A quick and easy source for all of these if your not lactose intolerant. Drink two glasses of milk a day at least, but more preferably. One of the easiest ways to keep you body healthy and growing. Milk also has positive results in bodybuilding as well. Contains IGF (insulin like growth factor) another helpful ingredient we are looking for.
